How it works…
The Sattva Yoga method was designed by my beloved teacher Rameen Peyrow www.rameenpeyrow.com and now I am bringing this method to you by me.
Each year there are 3 cycles consisting of 4 months. Each month’s sequence is dedicated to one of the 4 aspects of the body, front, back, side or strength. Each month prepares the body for the next so over the course of a month, a year, or a lifetime, the practitioner is continually developing and deepening their awareness and connection of body, breath, and mind in a 360-degree manner.
Sattva Yoga is best suited for the spiritual practitioner. Sattva is not an attempt to separate oneself from other schools of yoga, rather it is the focal point or state of being that all yogis point their attention towards, which is a state of purity, bliss, harmony, intelligence, balance, wisdom and joy.
