Hot Yang and Yin @ Oxygen Yoga & Fitness Windermere

If you are looking for a balancing class, with a little bit of everything, this is your class.  You will explore deep openings within the body, a powerful combination of the masculine and feminine, working mainly with seated and floor postures to target the most vital areas we need to stretch and mobilize, the pelvis and the spine. This is a very subtle and efficient practice leaving you feeling restored and rejuvenated on every level. The first half of the class is full of active Yang postures, finishing with calming and lengthening Yin postures. The perfect class for you to strengthen, restore, and rejuvenate the body and mind.

The first half of the class will be a Freedom Flow Format. The second half will focus on strengthening your core using Pilates, Yoga, and Fitness. This class builds strength and improves posture while toning the muscles of the core. Come prepared to sweat and feel the burn! For beginners through to advanced!

Sattva All Levels ( assisting with Jade Ponech) @ Sattva School of Yoga

This is a dynamic, class led by Jade Ponech, to build balance, inner strength, and energy through a fluid posture flow.  This is an invigorating practice to flush, cleanse, and heal body and mind.

I will be offering my assistance demonstrating the different variations of postures featured in the monthly sequence. I will also be giving hands-on adjustments to practitioners safely correcting alignment and drawing awareness to the sensations of the lines of awareness and integrative action lines. I will also be offering deepening and therapeutic adjustments.
